02About Griver

Griver is a technology company based in Tunisia, developing community-powered applications including xCirclo, GriverCut, TimeMarket, LastMinute, Swap, Borrow, and other products. Our mission is to connect people and solve real everyday problems through smart technology.

03User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential at all times
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

When using xCirclo or any location-based feature, you acknowledge that:

• Your approximate location may be visible to nearby users during active requests only
• Location sharing is temporary and limited to active sessions
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users
• Griver is not liable for any in-person interactions facilitated through the app
• You must not use location features to stalk, harass, or harm others

06Payments & Micro-Transactions

Certain features involve micro-payments or reward systems. By participating:

• You agree to our payment processing terms and applicable fees
• Griver may take a service fee of 5–10% on transactions processed through our platform
• All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing
• We are not responsible for disputes between users regarding services rendered

07Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, code, and materials on Griver platforms are the exclusive property of Griver and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

08Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. Your use of our Services is at your sole risk.
